Driven by our ethical and legal responsibility to protect patient privacy, we are committed to developing de-identified, aggregated real-world health data per the standards set forth by our data collaborators and regulatory authorities. To further ensure patient privacy, health data often will be de-identified beyond the legally required safeguards.

Our team offers an in-depth understanding of health data and the clinical challenges facing researchers today. We take this knowledge and transform siloed data into highly-curated, aggregated data that can, in turn, be used by our health system and medical center collaborators to advance their own research aims. To accomplish this, CuriMeta supports our data collaborators with a highly-experienced team – including domain expertise in health data management, clinical research, health privacy, technology, security, and commercial operations. In the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, CuriMeta connects life science researchers with advanced real-world health data to support non-interventional studies, patient journey, and outcomes analytics. Through our collaboration with health systems, we can also connect researchers with leading PIs and investigators.

How We Work Together
With a commitment to full transparency, integrity, and accountability, we work closely with our collaborators to jointly review and approve all data requests from researchers and adhere to the most stringent data security, patient privacy, and compliance standards set forth by collaborating health systems, academic health centers, other data contributors, and regulatory authorities. To ensure patient privacy, all health data is aggregated and de-identified so that the data provides privacy and confidentiality levels beyond currently required safeguards.
Our Data Collaborators
Our unique governance model creates a true partnership with our data collaborators through a Joint Governance Committee comprised of representatives from each data contributor and CuriMeta. The Joint Governance Committee reviews all data projects and collaborations, ensuring a high degree of control and informed decision-making with respect to compliance, consistency, and transparency of data use.
